Terms of use

Use Evernode responsibly, verify important results, and keep control of the source material you process.

Effective September 6, 2026

Free accounts and tool sessions

When accounts are enabled, guests receive five tool sessions. Starting a tool session uses one allowance; changing inputs within that session does not. Leaving or refreshing the tool page starts a new session on your next use. Registered users receive unlimited sessions without a subscription. Server-assisted tools still have request-rate limits to protect availability. Keep your account credentials secure and use an email address you control.

Using the service

Evernode provides browser utilities for informational and practical use. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You must not use it to interfere with the service, probe private networks, bypass technical controls, automate abusive traffic, distribute malware, violate intellectual-property rights, or process material you are not authorized to use.

Your inputs and outputs

You retain responsibility for the content you enter and the files you select. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to process that material. Evernode does not claim ownership of your inputs or generated outputs. Browser-generated results may depend on device capabilities, browser behavior, source quality, supplied values, and third-party standards.

No professional advice

Calculators, health estimates, financial projections, legal references, security utilities, and other results are not professional advice. Verify consequential results with an authoritative source or qualified professional. Do not rely on Evernode as the sole basis for medical, financial, legal, safety, or security decisions.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or remove a tool when accuracy, security, maintenance, or third-party constraints require it. Reasonable efforts are made to keep live tools functional, but uninterrupted availability and error-free output are not guaranteed.

Disclaimer and responsibility

Evernode is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, maintaining backups, and protecting sensitive source material. To the extent permitted by law, Evernode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Third-party services

Optional external requests and links may be subject to separate provider terms. Evernode is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. These terms do not override rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
