Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before starting a project or submitting payment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a deposit, commissioning a project, or requesting our development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all custom websites, Discord bots, Roblox components, and related design assets delivered by Evernode.
2. Payments & Pricing
All pricing is custom-tailored based on the scope and requirements of your project. We require a 50% upfront deposit before development begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, prior to the final transfer of ownership, hosting credentials, or source files.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted full ownership and source code rights for the custom deliverables built specifically for your project. Evernode retains rights to pre-existing libraries, modular structures, or frameworks developed by us prior to or independently of the agreement.
4. Revisions & Support
We offer continuous support and revisions during the development phase to ensure everything matches your original scope. After delivery, we provide support to correct any bugs or errors that conflict with the agreed specifications. Revisions outside the initial project scope may be subject to additional fees.
5. Hosting & Setup
While we do not provide hosting directly, we will assist you step by step to deploy the systems we build on your virtual private servers (VPS). The client is fully responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own hosting infrastructure and domain names.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are generally non-refundable once development has started. If a project is cancelled by the client mid-development, the client may be billed proportionally for the work completed up to that point. In the unlikely event that Evernode cannot complete the project, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
